Return and Cancellation Policy
- •No refunds will be issued for ammunition, merchandise, rentals or initiation fees.
- •Memberships are based on 12-month terms and are non-refundable.
- •Memberships will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless written cancellation is submitted via email to Down Range (info@downrangesports.ca) at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.
- •Outstanding dues for the 12-month period must be paid in full before cancellation is processed.
- •If a membership lapses for more than 30 days, reapplication is required, including payment of the initiation fee.
- •Lane reservation cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, will incur a $30 fee.
- •This Return Policy is subject to change without notice.
