RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be issued for ammunition, merchandise, rentals or initiation fees.

Memberships are based on 12-month terms and are non-refundable.

Memberships will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless written cancellation is submitted via email to Down Range (info@downrangesports.ca) at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.

Outstanding dues for the 12-month period must be paid in full before cancellation is processed.

If a membership lapses for more than 30 days, reapplication is required, including payment of the initiation fee.

Lane reservations are non-refundable. Reservations may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
